Not really sure why this is being posted here but ok...

The worst AU I ever read for any fandom was one that took a movie (movie A) and inserted characters from a different fandom into it. And no, they didn't re-hash it or anything. It was almost word for word movie A just without the original characters. Was bored to tears and almost called the author out on it.

If you're going to do something like what you're planing don't just redo the Twilight story with Naruto characters. Just take the idea behind the Twilight universe and apply it.

I'm not going to just copy+paste, that would be really stupid. But... I do kind of like the ideas behind Twilight, though I don't actually like the books and the way they wrote tht plot, so it would probably be more like taking the idea behind the Twilight universe and applying it. :)

Alright... but I mean, Neji and Ten-Ten are really nothing at all like Edward and Bella (or I assume, it's been a long time since I was current with Naruto and I've never read/seen Twilight). I guess I don't really see how you could possibly implement the story of Twilight with those characters and still have it be a believable story.

On the other hand if it's something you really want to do then by all means go ahead. No one can tell you what you can write in your free time for your own enjoyment.

Sadly, it's been a while since I watched/read Naruto either, lol. I don't know how much like Twilight it would end up, to be honest.

I want to give it a shot, I'm just a little worried about it, mostly because I started talkin with my friend about it as a joke, (lol what if we mixed NARUTO and TWILIGHT lololol), but then I started thinking seriously about how it would work, and now... |D

Then just do it. If it's been wiggling around in the back of your mind you may as well. And again it's really no one's business but your own. Besides there is no doubt in my mind that somewhere there's a SasuSaku version or two already floating around.
