It would just makes sense with Dean's personality that he would be vocal; he might not say anything intelligible, but he sure as hell would be making noises of approval. Castiel, on the other hand, would be dead silent. If I was reading a fic and he was being a dirty talkin' Chatty Cathy Supreme, I'd hit the back button... it would just be too ooc.
