If "uke" and "seme" in your statement mean you'd like manga with at least one sex scene (not including sex that ends awkwardly), and the examples given mean bl/yaoi specifically (vs. bara):

Isaku Natsume, No Color (comedy): Serious law student and outgoing freelance photographer/construction worker in the same apartment building briefly room together, but find more happening afterwards.

SKIP TO THE SEX: Chapter 5, "Panorama".

BONUS: A functional (if closeted) relationship before boning, with both parties anticipatory but nervous about it! Schooling and jobs actually take up a lot of their time! Females exist!

CAVEAT: Chapter 2 gets awkward/contrived at explaining why dude a hangs about dude b despite dude b's unwanted advances (though dude b never poses a major threat).
===
Shoko Hidaka, After a Storm (drrrrama): A furniture business owner is hired by a hotel to outfit their properties, and, despite realizing the likelihood of heartbreak, finds himself falling for the straight (or is he, etc.) planning coordinator.

SKIP TO THE SEX: Chapter 5.

CAVEAT: Aaaaangst.
===
Suzuki Tsuta
-Hand Which, chapters 2-4 (light drama)
:
chap 2. "Shake a Hand": A salaryman hesitant with his emotions finds 2 of his old friends, one a longtime crush, have begun dating. He turns to another mutual friend for advice and solace, and gets both, ifyouknowwhuddamean.

chap 3-4. "Entirety of a Heart" and "Entirety of Words": A picky eater meets a foodstand cook determined to make him a lunch that he'll eat in its entirety. Switches pov between chapters.

BONUS: Assertive to crazy-assertive ukes.

Your Story I've Known [Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi] (drama; the only one I know here licensed in English): A yakuza becomes protective of the abandoned son of one of his former lovers, but finds himself going further than expected, etc.

SKIP TO THE SEX: Chapter 2.

BONUS: The son, as an adult, becomes a host. He's wide-eyed, blushing, and naive. His name sounds like "Heart". He's the seme.(Yakuza is yakuza.)
===
Basso, Amato Amaro (drama, possibly only first chapter scanlated): Set in Italy. A professor who's been receiving threats from extremist groups for a series of articles propositions his bisexual bodyguard.

POSSIBLE BONUS: Unusual plot, uncommon art style.
===
Naono Bohra, maybe. The ukes alllll cry, but they're atypical otherwise.

-Boku Dake no Kimi, Kimi Dake no Boku (drama, one-shot): Aloof model nurses longtime crush on a childhood friend. Uke is taller, looks larger in general, and hesitates in bed only because he can't believe his feelings are being reciprocated; seme is friendly.

-Ren'ai Nenrei (comedy): Older, cantankerous office supervisor used to being seme and playing the field starts seeing one of his younger subordinates, who prefers the opposite of his lovers.

~~~~~LESS PLOT and MORE BONING section~~~~~
Shinba Rize, Aiyoku no Canon [Canon of Love](comedy, one-shot):
NARRATOR: Hey guys, here's a story about how the superior at work I have a crush on has a problem wherein he just keeps getting erections, multiple times a day, for 3-4 hours at a time! He has been in his office a while! I am deeply concerned for his health, let me check up on him.
===
Yoshinaga Fumi, Antique Bakery DJs (non-canon slash for her own series, comedy): Includes: Apprentice Kanda tells patissier Ono a story starring Ono and waiter Chikage, his canon crush, to give Ono inspiration for a Christmas pastry. And the four main characters end up eavesdropping on, and criticizing the characterizations of, 3 high school girls in their shop who are slashing the four of them.
===
Kamuro Akira and Takao Hiroi, Shiosai (Sound of the Waves)(super drama, one-shot):
A disowned son. Tragic lovers. GHOST SEX. (ok, seme's tall and stoic in this one, but uke's... ok, he's crying a lot, but the sex itself is presented as sweet and consensual and uke is a "moreplz" dude. Also and mostly, GHOST SEX.)
SA
though it may not be your exact cup of tea, I wanted to throw in props to Tomoko Yamashita as well, especially Illumination and Koi no Hanashi ga Shitai (short story anthologies; drama, mostly, but also comedy); her Dining Bar Akira (never read) and Black-Winged Love are also licensed in English). She's one of my favorites, but her stories, while all involving gay/bi/questioning males, don't necessarily have them as the main characters -- you see them through the eyes of relatives, friends, and classmates, males and females, as often as not. The relationships themselves may drive the story, but aren't always the point of the story. All sides of falling in love/lust, mutual or not, are depicted: it drives characters towards sweetness, courage, empathy, and happiness, or magnifies their personal capacity for those things; but it also does the same for ugliness, cowardliness, and uncertainty. Finally, even the ones that suggest a relationship will work out don't always depict sex.
I personally like the above, since I think it's generally handled very well in her work and the characters get some complexity to them. So while I probably like Illumination the most as a collection, the caveat is that it's also on the bummer side of things (though the extras at the end with brief glimpses of what happens after three of the stories help lighten the melodrama). Koi no Hanashi ga Shitai has mostly "things work out or on their way to working" stories (though one titled "Re: Hello" is right there to stomp on your heart a little). Black-Winged Love has two strong lead stories, imo, but the last 2 get skeevy with non-con.
And second on Youneda Kou. Also not always all-sex all-the-time.
