I think the first anon replying to this is right. I'm pretty sure the severe nausea you've described elsewhere in the thread is more than a typical "ugh how aesthetically displeasing this body part is to me" reaction. Some people have recommended you seek professional help and don't think that's a bad idea, but maybe do some research into how accepting a given therapist is of trans issues.

Or maybe she just doesn't find them asthetic? I certainly don't. Most people's genitals are ugly. As are their ankles, and I tend to put them all on the same level of "there's no way they can look good, and all they have to say for themselves is that the person will look even worse without them". Toes are fine, ankles are fucking weird.

vaginae is the latin plural of vagina, but the plural of penis is penes

you're better off using the standard english add an s approach with penis at least, third declensions are weird as hell, and i don't think you're going to see vaginae outside of a medical text or an actual latin book either

The only part of the body I can't stand is a hairy asshole. There's nothing worse than a hairy asshole.

Ankles are awkward and wrinkly and I know they're necessary to human movement, but it is incredibly rare I see them even remotely attractive without basically destroying them in photoshop. Also, I don't get armpits, yet most kinkmemes suggest a lot of people have a bit of a thing for them.

And smells. People apparently find subtle human scent sexy, but my sense of smell is nearly dead so I have no idea, as I can never smell someone until they absolutely reek.

Hairy assholes do sound quite horrific. Never dealt with any assholes besides my own so I can't suggest any personal experience on this, but to be honest I hope never to be able to. o.O
