I never thought Shinogu (the brother) was creepy at all, although I agree that his feelings for Hatsumi are problematic given they are brother and sister (even if they aren't blood related). Still, in a comic where all the other dudes are abusive and he's the only guy who actually cares about Hatsumi and treats her with some ounce of respect, I had to sympathize with him a little

It's impossible to ship Hatsumi with anyone in this comic, though

I didn't think it was creepy when I read it, but thinking about it now I find it really unsettling that Shinogu was trying to pursue a relationship with Hatsumi when she still thought of him as a brother.
