I'm going to say I'm perplexed at why people can't join crack RPs en masse. Fandom is about escapism and with everything that's going on in the real world, maybe people just want to relax and have a good time. I can't say I'm the best person at crack, but I understand it's place. But this doesn't mean that you can't intersperse serious elements with crack and maintain a decent balance. I find that far more of a challenge than always playing one or the other as far as effort goes.
