DA. I don't have many, but I have a couple.

Oka no Ue no Rakuen (about a couple teachers, slow building, has a good female character too)
Innocent Bird (damn complicated, but I remember really enjoying it)

Just feel the need to add a word of warning on Innocent Bird: If you have issues with some aspects of Christianity being portrayed in a not-very-positive light, this is not the manga for you. It's done in a thoughtful rather than malicious way (it's a "what if...", not "let's bash religion!"), and I really enjoyed the manga myself, but I know people who were offended by it.

Also, adding The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese (and its sequel) by Mizushiro Setona.
