When you love someone you don't care. I always wondered for years why a handsome guy like my Stepdad feel for my Mom and loved her so much. But he does and they are so happy. And he's not so handsome any more, sorta looks like weathered tree now. And she lost weight, and they are so happy.

When you are in love and all the gears click into place everything works.

All you need is love, right? AFAIK, Kermit and Miss Piggy have been faithful to each other and have pretty much always loved one another, so I really don't see what the complaint is.
