I haven't seen Hugo yet and from the moment I saw the trailer awhile back I wasn't interested. I get the raves by critics and it visually looks like it could be beautiful. I can see the nods to cinematography in the trailer, but it gives me this sinking feeling it's an "art film." Not that they're bad, but they are not my cup of tea at all. I appreciate what they bring to film, but I don't personally want to sit through it. Plus the story doesn't interest me. That being said, I will probably be dragged to see it at some point given all the buzz it's getting and having hipster friends haha

I also didn't think Wall-E was as great as people made it out to be either. I liked it and it had some really cute moments, but I don't think it was overly fantastic as everyone (by that I mean critics) said it was. It was good.
