I actually think it looks sort of cool, which is really weird because I hate how they look when I'm writing something. Idk, it gives the secret more personality- it looks all... homemade (lol that is a ridiculous word to use).

I interpreted it as a conscious stylistic choice rather than the OP not knowing how to get rid of it. If she wanted a wall of text without those lines, she probably would have used an art program instead of a word processor.

Personally, I think the secret would look totally bland without the lines.
