I always find it stupid that because a few people bully one person that they automatically blame everyone. Carrie bugged me in that sense. Not everyone bullied her and some people even tried to be nice to her. I don't think everyone at the dance was guilty enough to be torched. Only a handful of people were in the wrong.

Yeah, this. Even though you may feel alone, OP, you're not. I don't believe you actually hate everyone at your school; you've been hurt and don't have an outlet, and blaming the entire school body is easy. I would suggest talking to someone about what you are going through; having someone who cares and can put your situation in perspective really helps.

If you're religious, you may have heard the saying 'Let God be the judge.' I believe this is right for two reasons: (1) We don't truly know what's in other people's hearts; we have no power in changing them. (2) Hurting other people hurts yourself; if you were able to kill these people you would be the bigger monster. Don't sink to their level. Know this time won't last forever; you can be a better person than those bullies, even forgive them someday. Just don't harbor the hate you may feel, and you'll be immensely better off.

I agree and would like to add that even if OP is not religious, karma has its way of giving people what they deserve eventually.

Although, unfortunately as we've seen in the news, sometimes people do blame everyone for the failures of a few. I doubt every person who was injured or killed in school shootings had it coming to them.
