She didn't credit the originals and sometimes just changed names/locations, but otherwise wrote stuff exactly as it was used in the original source(s). (She used lines from tv shows and entire passages from books, etc.) She only started crediting when people called her out on it.
That's plagiarizing, not making fanfiction.
