Homestuck fandom is large enough and the sexuality of the trolls constructed such that there's a bit more plausibility to pretty much any ship then would normally fall within the realm of "not crack". Some are still ridiculous mind, but each has enough people to have a normal group and a crazy subsection, instead of just a niche crazy group.
Though I don't think we are seeing one of the good ones here.
