OP here. Yeah, that was pretty much it. :( I couldn't care less that she looks like she got a makeover from John Kricfalusi, but they totally turned her into a stupid stalker ditz... It's pretty damn clear you can make a funny female character without resorting to harmful stereotypes like that, the 90s WB cartoons proved that. But I guess they aren't using the same writers as those now (in fact, I hope not, considering). I think the only show that seems to know how to write good comedic female characters nowadays is My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (and I know that sounds like a gratuitous mention, but it's true).
