Any sincerely negative comment in terms of being posted porn or being stalkerish or upset at the fandom in those ways is completely understandable.
I don't think they're offended by the slash tbh. It feels like half the interviews I read dodge one way, and half the other on the topic. Obviously not in a "and then they get married" kind of way because... that's not good writing for this incarnation..... but they talk about that interaction plenty, and I think they treat it with respect.
