The AU where Derfel was raised a Saxon. The AU where Nimue was never raped and mutilated. The AU where Derfel never rescued her from the Isle. The MODERN AU. The one where Derfel saved his daughter. The one where Arthur married Ceinwyn. The Sagramor character studies, because JFC, how fantastic was he? I want it all.
I genuinely think these books are the best iteration of King Arthur that's been done in the last fifty years. And, like, don't get me wrong, I'm fond of Merlin, but putting Colin Morgan and Bradley James aside, this fandom would be SO MUCH MORE AWESOME.
