Some of the best times I've had were getting smashed at/after a con... geeks are fun to drink with. I don't think there's anything wrong with either.

Also, drinking isn't just about getting drunk to the point of puking. I'm a legitimate wino. I drink a lot of wine, often, because it tastes good to me. And yeah, I love the feeling I get after drinking. Like I enjoy the feeling after smoking pot. I also happen to enjoy cosplay.
