I loved Stephen Fry in it, I thought Rachel McAdams did a horrible job in the first one (getting rid of her was a plus for me), and I thought the pony scene was funny.

The train scene and the slow-mo through the forest were the only ones that really bugged me. I didn't even mind the dancing scene because I actually felt some genuine emotion from them. Unlike the train scene which just seemed to say, "look, he's in a dress and he's rolling around with Watson! LOL!"

Other than that, I really don't see much of a difference between the two movies in terms of quality. They both have strong and weak points and neither one is all that great. They're just fun. YMMV.
