OP, you're probably tired of the nerdrage novels this secret is spawning, but there's so much more to read besides the typical Big Two superhero books!

Go to a comic book shop and browse! Most shops are small communities, they'd be more than willing to lend you a hand in finding new stuff. Lots of independent books have neater paneling and much better storytelling than the Big Two do. The books are the result of a more organic, personal project than SELL ALL THE BOOKS TO THIS SMALL BUT VOCAL NICHE WHO FEAR AND RESIST CHANGE. UNLESS CHANGE HAS MORE MUSCLES AND T&A.
