When I first saw him I thought the exact same thing. It's the role of Sherlock that made him sexy for me, happens with many other actors, too. If I see him out of character, especially with blond hair, I still don't find him attractive.

Same thing goes for Watson, though I always found Martin Freeman cute.

I definitely agree with this. He's ok to look at while playing Sherlock, but with his natural blonde/red hair he's downright hideous IMO. D:

I really do like Martin Freeman. I want to hug him.

I want to bang him like a screen door.

Well, when you put it that way, Anon... yes, I would like to bang him like a screen door, too.

Same here, actually most of the actors I think are attractive I only like in character, not in "real life", David Tennant is the only actor I still like off screen...

David Tennant the only one I like off screen but not on screen. He seems fun energetic and and a little geeky. Plus his accent.

THIS. I only find Hugh Jackman attractive when he is Wolverine, and then I find him SCORCHINGLY HOT. Like, what is that? Why would a person actually be *more* attractive to me only when he has that crazy Ace Ventura haircut??? I mean, what is that??

True fact.

Though I thought he was attractive in Australia until he 'cleaned up'-I love scruff/facial hair on men.

Yeah, meeee to! I might have to watch this "Australia" of which you speak, to test this hypothesis.

I agree so freaking much. Despite the hair, Jackman as Wolverine is incredibly sexy. Though I'm pretty sure I know why I prefer him like that, as I have a bit of a weakness for rumpled, hyper-masculine, bravado-filled bad boys. Bonus points if there's a leather jacket and a sexy motorcycle or car involved. (You know, I think I just figured out why I'm a Supernatural fan.)

I didn't really care for Vin Diesel either until I saw The Fast and The Furious. Oh dear lord, that movie was total eye candy for me, seeing as how I also have a thing for cars and blue-eyed men. (Poor Paul Walker. The man couldn't act like he was falling if you pushed him off a cliff, but my god is he pretty to look at.)

Darker hair definitely suits him. He looks quite good in Third Star, it's a lighter brown and shorter cut than in Sherlock.

[identity profile] rally-pchan.livejournal.com 2012-01-25 12:55 am (UTC)(link)
yeah he looks good with dark curly hair.

Same. Watching Benedict in anything else just does nothing.
