A friend of mine is trying to get me interested in watching Sherlock with her, and I don't know how to tell her that his face is so hideously off-putting I just can't do it. :(
I thought maybe his face would look better in motion, but then I saw a .gif of him talking and I was like NOPE

You don't watch a show because you find the actor ugly ?
I don't understand this. I don't watch a show if the story is stupid. For the actors, of they're good, they'r e good, if they're bad, they're bad. Don't care if I don't find them sexy, that's not the point of watching a show (at least, not the only point)

it's not the sexiness or lack thereof. i can watch a number of movies and shows with people i find unattractive and enjoy their performances. it's just his face in particular that makes me wig out for some reason. i honestly can't stand to look at it. :[

There's something definitely unsettling about his face, even though he doesn't have any extreme feature.
He looks like a wolf. I love wolves, but as wolves, not as humans.

As a human being, he almost triggers me into running away - and I'm the type of person that coooed "Oooooh, pretty!" at the Alien in Alien 3.
