I heard from a guy who worked with him that he's a horrible nitpicker and dictator-ish IRL though. Adorkable is something else.

I worked with him for about a week recently, and while he can be a perfectionist, dictator-ish is nowhere near the word I'd use for him. Nitpicker? Depends on the subject matter.
