OP here. I find him incredibly sexy as well, but I think that the tension he had with (especially) Carol seriously highlighted it. I probably wouldn't have been as "omfg Tony yes" if their relationship was dull.

YES CAROL! I am so glad someone else loved that scene with Carol as much as I did. When she suddenly disappeared off to South Africa or wherever I had a very big sad. Alex is awesome too, but the Carol/Tony interactions were just perfect.
