(Anonymous) 2012-01-27 05:26 am (UTC)(link)I seriously threw the book across the room when I read Great Expectations, because I hated Mrs Havisham SO MUCH. And don't get me started on the "HEY JACQUES, HEY JACQUES" exchange that goes on for 50 pages in Two Cities. I love the story in that one, but I HATE HATE HATE the writing.
