You're comparing action shows to slice of life. Why do you assume everyone has to like slice of life? Personally I hate it, and it has nothing to do with the gender of the protagonists.

Where does the OP say they assume everyone should like slice-of-life? All I see is them saying that they don't get moe hate and personally prefer moe-ish slice-of-life shows to shounen action. Since slice-of-life =/= moe, I don't see them having any problem with your hate for the former.
