Sometimes people get internet stalked. Sometimes people want to take down embarrassing stuff like that because it's under their real name and they're trying to apply for a job. Sometimes they just find it an unpleasant reminder of a person they no longer are, and deleting it is cathartic. Sometimes they decide they need to start fresh.
