Well, I do think you're being entitled, but I also don't get this "I write for myself" thing people are saying. Unless you lock the post for you only, you are at least hoping your friends look at, and presumably like it. If you put it up at some fic comm, clearly you're not just doing for yourself. A decision to share something with the world is usually because you want the world to see it. So I guess I should say that you may physically write words for yourself, but you don't post it publicly for yourself.

But you're still being totally douchey about other people's work, OP.
