Are there examples of Dark!fic m-preg?! That I would love. Most times m-preg just seems to be a way to give the author's favorite slash couple a biological baby...

there must be, but i haven't read enough to find out.

this one time, many fandoms ago, i read a (very funny!) mpreg fic that dealt with men feeling like they had less choice over their bodies and thinking they should be less stereotypically male now that they were ~with child and a bunch of other interesting things that i can't summarize without making it sound boring as fuck, but it was really ace, rillyrilly, and i thought there would be more like that so i kept giving the genre a try.

until i just accepted that that one fic was a rarity. now i don't read mpreg anymore.

I think this fic (http://mijan.livejournal.com/220711.html) might be an example of dark!fic mpreg, but I'm not sure. I really like mijan's longer works, but I haven't tried this one yet. I think it's a WIP, though.
