Oh no, I get it as a kink. It's just that it occurred to me that maybe some of the fics that I chose to read weren't trying to be as angsty and dark as I thought, and instead focused more on somebody getting their jollies off because it was written in a sexy way and I didn't pick up on it. (So yes, much fail on my part.)
