Tumblr has rampant overblogging of pictures and gifs and whatever, but I've never found it a bad place to be for Sherlock fandom. The only time I really see negative-related things are when people are like OKAY GUYS STOP POSTING LINKS TO THESE PICS/VIDS BECAUSE INVASION OF PRIVACY IS A HUGE NO.

I've never seen the pics myself so I think the majority of the fandom is like, self-policing or whatever about them and gets them taken down ASAP which is good.
