omg, yes, completely agree with all of this. I am so fucking tired of some pseudo-socially aware SJW telling me how I should feel about words that refer TO MY OWN DISABILITY (and ESPECIALLY one that I have and they don't). I can't even count how many times I've been told that because I'm mentally ill, I should be offended by the term "crazy", and because I'm a woman, I HAVE to be offended by the word "bitch", and if I'm not, then it means I'm a) self-hating, b) misogynistic, and c) a completely asshole.

You do NOT have the right to tell me ~the proper way~ to be responding to something just because you, a person who is not even part of the group that we're talking about, have this idea that ~proper~ women/mentally ill/POC/LGBT people are offended by _____, or else we MUST be closet self-haters! You do NOT get to pretend to be offended on my behalf if you've never even experienced the thing that we're talking about.
