Oh god, Doctor/River. I am using the series break to try and forget that plot line. I am hoping River doesn't come back just so I can have an easier time pretending that plot doesn't exist.

lol I went into s6 liking Eleven, Amy, Rory and River and came out of it desperate for all of them to leave the show so we could start fresh and go back to pretending none of it ever happened.

Doctor/River and probably more obviously Henry/Clare (from The Time Traveller's Wife) are the two that spring to mind for me.

jumping in just to say I could not finish The Time Traveler's Wife, I hated the way Henry/Clare was written so much. Which was awkward, because it's one of my mother's favorite books.
