Uhhh...A few anatomical/physiological considerations first:
1) How are you going to get it to magically "latch on"? The uterine lining is designed to catch a blastula; the abdomen? Not so much. 2) I'm pretty sure that the fetus would trigger an immune reaction from the guy carrying it. 3) Without hormones, you're not going to be able to sustain the fetus. Uh, regardless, the father still lacks the anatomical structures to sustain the fetus, i.e. placenta, closed circulatory system, etc. (see #1)
