Uhhh...A few anatomical/physiological considerations first:

1) How are you going to get it to magically "latch on"? The uterine lining is designed to catch a blastula; the abdomen? Not so much.
2) I'm pretty sure that the fetus would trigger an immune reaction from the guy carrying it.
3) Without hormones, you're not going to be able to sustain the fetus. Uh, regardless, the father still lacks the anatomical structures to sustain the fetus, i.e. placenta, closed circulatory system, etc. (see #1)

Right right. That's why I said it wouldn't last past a few weeks, even that. It wouldn't even be considered a fetus before it would be flushed out. Though actually, there have been cases of where women had fertilized eggs not latch into the uterus but on the abdominal cavity wall, but like you said, it never even makes it to fetus stage.
