12. THIS SECRET SPEAKS TO ME. I love costumes, cartoon animals, rule 34 and the like, and I don't consider myself a furry. Why? I'm with you. I can't stand peoples 'fursonas', I HATE the furry 'lifestyle' (oh god i am a yiffy foxie hehe SCRITCH ME), ect ect. I think, if anything, folks like you and I are just cartoon animal fans, or whatever, and I'd much rather be one of those than a furry :D I think they're pretty different, myself. To me, a furry is more than just someone who likes the art, as many furries claim, but someone who identifies with it as a subculture rather than a hobby, which is creepy :{ And they usually identify themselves as such.
ALSO if you are who I think you might be, you are not furry enough to be a furry
THAT IS A GOOD THING.
