Hey OP -- this thread has taken an uber serious turn for the serious.

As a massive stalkerishlymassive fan of the show and of Parker -- I'm right there with you. She makes it look fun and exciting, and every time she steals something I want to take up yoga/pilates/etc on the chance that I need to sneak in somewhere like she does. For the record, this 'need' has not arisen yet.

I know that I won't steal anything and I know that I am not going to do it, but there is the brief fantasy that I could. And that it would be fun.

Thank you for getting the point of my secret. I didn't meant to start a debate on whether stealing was right or wrong. I was just saying how awesome Parker makes it look. Is it really any different from people watching Star Wars and saying 'Wow, Anakin makes being a Sith Lord look awesome! I would definitely rather be Sith than Jedi'?

It's just a fantasy, people who have turned my secret way too serious. That's all. Don't get your panties in a twist.

The difference is that there's no way for one to become a Sith Lord in reality. Meanwhile, it's easy to start lifting small items for a rush.

Seriously, you didn't write "She makes me wish I was a jewel thief!" in your secret. You wrote "Parker makes me yearn...at the very least, to go shoplift something." That's a completely doable action, and judging by some of the other posters here who have admitted to stealing for pleasure, it's possible that your "fantasy" could become a reality with just a few lapses in judgment.

Yes, ever time I see Parker in some getup or scaling a wall or hanging upside down from something I get to thinking I really need to sign up for gymnastics or yoga or something so I can be flexible and awesome like Parker.

I try to use her as my weightloss/fitness motivation/inspiration, but I've got major ADD and forget I'm even trying to get fit ten seconds after I make the decision. Maybe I should post pictures of Parker doing cool stuff all around my apartment so I'm constantly reminded. Hmm....
