I believe that the fact that he was incarcerated proves that there are legal consequences to vore. Which was my point.
I didn't say that vore couldn't be done in RL (Although I think that most fetishists would want to survive the encounter, even if they wish to be devoured? I don't know), I said it had legal consequences, namely it's illegal to try and eat someone else, even if it's perfectly consensual.

Actually, he was convicted for manslaughter, not cannibalism. Which is another debate, because is it murder if the other person agrees on it?
