Women can be sexist against men (in the layman's definition), and men can be sexist against men. Dismissing it is dismissing your own responsibilities and I have no respect for people who treat men like shit because they're men.

While sexism, as you define it is power and prejudice, the prejudice is the real sin. Most SJ types forget that.

As for considering men's feelings - you don't have to consider them before your own, but you do have to consider them to some measure, because they're human beings. No human being's feelings are worth shit. Sometimes, a goal might be worth more than the individual's feelings or opinions, but the anon wasn't working towards any goal, she was just dismissing him because he was a man so his feelings and opinions were worthless to the point where he shouldn't even speak.

Yeah, I have a problem with that. If his opinions are wrong, they'd be wrong coming from a woman, if they're right, they're right coming from a man or a woman. We can accept and reject opinions based on nice things like logic or reason, not because of the speaker's gender.

You may not have the power, but you have all the prejudice. As far as I'm concerned, you're personally just as bad as any raving misogynist out there, you just don't have the power to make is all out sexism. I'd rather talk to the men who have the power and are trying to deal with the prejudice than a woman who is so prejudiced herself.
