Well, OP, I feel pretty safe saying things will go very differently than how they did for Shinji, should you find (or be found!) by such a person. Unless you have an humongous mecha and an enormous, human-like something hidden away in your basement, in which case you .... would have a really big basement. And a buttload of problems, such as your asshole of father. And about thirteen other problems.

That said, it's not weird or unreasonable to want someone like that. Everyone should have their very own Kaworu. (Without the killing and the destroying humanity thing.) I know that I wouldn't mind meeting someone like that.
