I also thought this was one of the manga's better parts, because of the huge emotional impact. I would say rather than still liking the manga, I can't understand it if you still think Ciel and Sebastian are the good guys. We know their reckoning has to come someday, and that's what I'm waiting for in the manga.

I will NEVER forgive Sebastian for what he did to Beast, or Ciel for what happened to Doll.

Yeah. I can't reread the whole thing at once, because I know how it ends and it's painful for me every single time. Which is ridiculous as things usually lose their emotional impact on me when I know how it ends, but not this arc.

Word on Beast and Doll. Just. Just everything. (This is why I will never forgive Ciel if he didn't hire Snake out of at least some sense of guilt. Because he has a fuckton he has to feel guilty about and has to make up, but OMG Doll. I had to stop reading for a couple of days until I was able to continue.)
