That's new to me. I follow fellow "Spones" (Spock/Mccoy) shippers as well as Kirk/Mccoy shippers and don't see Uhura hate from them. Now the other shippers, mainly KS, I can't say the same. Not all of them. I'm lucky to follow a lot that don't care but some of them slip and I have to end up unfollowing them just to not see the hate.
