I realize that this was a few days ago and you probably won't see this, but I wasn't really completely convinced that Ciel was raped until I saw this page (http://www.mangareader.net/kuroshitsuji/54/23) (go back a couple pages for context). Now, I don't know what the original Japanese says, but the fact that Ciel describes his captors as "the ones who soiled me" seems to say very clearly to me that he was raped. "Soiled" seems like a very odd word choice if all that Ciel's captors did to him was torture him. Add in some of his other behaviors, like his extreme aversion to being touched without permission, and I feel like it makes perfect sense.
