15) While I do sigh at people judging Destiny just because it wasn't the best thing ever and calling it the worst piece of crap to respresent Gundam ever (which I don't really agree with, but), who cares what other people think? That seems to be a common thing in fandom these days, people scared to be judged based on something they like. You like it, if they'll judge you harshly for a hobby, you're not the lame one here.

I'm already on thin ice for liking Gundam ZZ, and it's hard enough to get readers for any Gundam 'fic that's not yaoi. :-( I wish I couldn't give a damn and just post it anyway, but that part of fandom is already really fragile.

I guess I just don't equate enjoying a series or anything with being on thin ice to people. Because I doubt they'd enjoy the judgement for something else they find and hook to naturally.

But ha, there are a lot of crap yaoi fics that get shafted, too. You just need to find the right group of people. And just because a lot of people do primarily like reading yaoi, it doesn't mean they'd not be open to alternatives.

But we need more fic! I hope you wind up posting it one day. XD
