Oh God, he's probably my favourite in the series. The ME3 romance was... really, really sweet.

I think his romance was the most well done of what I have seen (only haven't watched Liara's and Ashley's yet.) The romance developed from him being unsure of himself in ME2, to him being confident (and sexy as fuck) in ME3. I love the way he can see past Shepard lying and saying she's okay when she's really not and always manages to comfort her.
