That's why I originally commented, but I'll answer your question. For me, there comes a point where I have a story in my head that just needs to get out. I can't keep it in and to myself.

So I put it out there and see if it interests anyone.

But then again, I mostly write one-shots, so I never really have anyone waiting for me to write another chapter. *shrug*

I know that wasn't the intent, but the idea that a nearly middle aged man could have gone through life apparently never questioning his sexuality until one of his students "out" him on television for no reason and he decides it must be true because he fits various stereotypes...yeah, I thought it was really silly.

I thought the definition of "demisexual" was that you couldn't be sexually attracted to someone without knowing them well first. So ... if you saw an image of someone that you didn't even know personally and were attracted to them, how could you be "demisexual"?

Personally I still think "demisexuality" is bullshit (I don't care what anyone says, sorry) but still... how does this make sense?

I cried when Mordin died on my first play-through. But it was still a kind of bittersweet; "Aww, he got to go out as a hero and singing Gilbert and Sullivan" cry.

Now that I'm playing Renegade? Holy. Shit. This game is trying to kill me. 0_0

First having to kill Mordin myself. That actually made me feel a bit sick. And then Legion (made all the more sad that I handed him over to Cerberus in the last game so he didn't even have a name and he turned on me to try to save his people). But the worst one was yesterday when Wrex found out I'd sabotaged the cure for the genophage. I was actually biting my lip, in tears, having to pull the trigger for the Renegade option to shoot him. "You were my friend!" I am, Wrex, buddy, I am. ;_;

Damn this game and all the feelings. Still love it.

I'm sorry that you had to go through that, and I can totally see why it would ruin the pairing for you. There's stories for them that even I can't read, even though I haven't gone through anything like that, because they seem so uncomfortably abusive. Not all of them, but I can see why you'd feel differently.

I hope you can get past what happened, though, because I'm sure that asshole boss isn't worth it.

I'm going to get a lot of hate for this, but I do think in a way, it's worse. Not THAT much worse, but still there's an extra variable to contend with. Think of it this way, if a man rapes a lesbian to make a point, he's not just violating her body, he's persecuting her sexuality too. Again, it doesn't make as huge of a difference as some people say it does...but imho it's still just a little bit worse. (Moreso if it's specifically done because the rapist actually thinks the victim just needs a proper experience, or some bull)
