I cried when Mordin died on my first play-through. But it was still a kind of bittersweet; "Aww, he got to go out as a hero and singing Gilbert and Sullivan" cry.

Now that I'm playing Renegade? Holy. Shit. This game is trying to kill me. 0_0

First having to kill Mordin myself. That actually made me feel a bit sick. And then Legion (made all the more sad that I handed him over to Cerberus in the last game so he didn't even have a name and he turned on me to try to save his people). But the worst one was yesterday when Wrex found out I'd sabotaged the cure for the genophage. I was actually biting my lip, in tears, having to pull the trigger for the Renegade option to shoot him. "You were my friend!" I am, Wrex, buddy, I am. ;_;

Damn this game and all the feelings. Still love it.

Do it! Be a hero! Watch the Renegade choices on YouTube or something if you're curious but....no. Not worth it.

Just kidding of course, Renegade has its fun points but killing your crew members? Not fun.

I usually like playing a renegade but it was never more difficult than it was in 3. I went Paragon for Tuchanka and Rannoch and.. somewhere else in my first game. This time those choices are going to be renegade just for a bit of variety.

(Thankfully, I don't have Wrex this time so I'll only be making Wreav mad. I couldn't betray Wrex.)

Oh yeah, I don't mind shooting Wreav, he was a dick.

Except now I'm thinking that if I've just killed Wrex then Wreav is going to take over his clan. OH NOES. What have I done? Bad Shepard.

If you give Legion to Cerberus, a random Geth takes his role for that mission and Legion himself is an enemy in the Cerberus base, or so I heard.

On my mission, when Shepard meets him, she said; "I remember you. You were the geth who I handed over to Cerberus." so I think it was Legion.

But I do know that if you don't save Jack in the first half you have to kill an indoctrinated version of her later. Same with if you saved Morinth instead of Samara on ME2.

You're braver than I am. I just finished a Paragon playthrough on the ME series, and until the shitty ending I was planning on doing a renegade playthrough. Having heard of what a renegade has to do in ME3, I don't think I can do it. ;A;

I always play Renegade but allow myself specific exceptions for being nice to crew/ex-crew. And random NPCs I feel sorry for (Samesh Bhatia was my emotional wake-up call back in the first game...)

Basically I'm a terrible Renegade.

Oh god, Mordin. I got the best possible ending for him, where he died atoning for his mistake and smiling and singing and I'm tearing up just thinking of it.

It was the thing that made me cry the most in the entire game.

I cried so much during this game. Tuchanka, Rannoch/this scene, Thessia, who knows where else. I never cry during games but oh my God I was so weepy. :(

Losing Legion made me shed bitter tears and I couldn't touch the game after that for a full day. It hit me hard.

I didn't have enough reputation to unite the Quarians and Geth in my first playthrough so I sided with the Quarians. I saw this cutscene and restarted the whole fucking game.

I got to the choice and realized I was just short of being able to reunite. Thankfully I had a save from before the mission.

Ending that war peacefully was the most satisfying thing I did the entire game.

I teared up at all the things, OP. The deaths were so beautifully done, and this is coming from a Paragon!Shep player who worked her ass off to make peace between the Geth and the Quarians.

For me it was Mordin. With Legion I feel like he's now a part of all Geth, so I could be happy for that, but oh god I sobbed at Mordin's death.

Legion was the only character I love from the series (everyone else is like or lukewarm) and I pretty much wailed at this. Darn it Legion. :(

God, Legion...I shipped it and Tali like crazy before, but now...*sob* And MORDIN! I watched an average playthrough of ME3 before playing it, and when I played it I damn well wanted Mordin to live and the Quarians and Geth to make peace. So I did. But I had to choose between Wrex and Mordin. I chose Mordin. I'm so sorry, Wrex.
