Pretty sure it doesn't, unless the OP literally knows Keanu Reeves.

You know, I've never typed out his name before, but now that I have, Keanu is a really weird name. Like, it just looks totally wrong, like a word I've been typing out 60 million times, and then suddenly doubt whether it is even a word at all, but I only have to type it out once to get the effect.

You just summed up how I feel about the word "lunacy".

The first time I ever had to use that word in an essay I was like "Wait, that looks wrong. Is that how lunacy is spelled?" And then I spent 10 minutes staring at the dictionary entry for "lunacy" to make absolutely certain it was a real word.

His name's Hawaiian or something right? So I imagine there's no way taking what (I believe) started as an oral tradition only language and spelling words with the English alphabet wouldn't make it look different to someone not from that culture.
