15. Oh really? I think less of people who bitch about fanart icons :/ Get over it.

20. I'm still going to call him Raito, I don't give a shiiiiit. But I do sort of agree on the whole justice thing. He had good intentions, but uhhh he sort of lost his mind.

The artists say don't use my art.

What the hell makes people feel entitled to disobey the artists? Even when they shut down their sites in frustration?

most fan art sites are Japanese (at least most of the ones I've been to). It's sort of hard to read "DON'T USE MY ART" if it's in a different language.

I don't even understand why an artist would get upset about someone using their art in a tiny little 100x100 icon. Personally, I would be honored that someone liked my art enough to do that. I'm not saying "DON'T CREDIT THE ARTIST" I think you should credit them when possible, and ask permission if you can. :/

Not the original poster of the secret, but...

Actually, a lot of Japanese sites have a "do not use on other sites without permission" button in English...just to leave that as a sidenote. There are several that don't...I usually try my best to credit the website/artist as much as I can in those instances, though.
