There are bisexuals on television. But they are always, always women. Ianto and Jack is the rare exception to the rule. I wish there were more men bisexuals. Not for slash reasons, I am just tired of that damn trope. Writers, making the hottest female character on your show bisexual doesn't make you forward thinking, just a another writer who went with that cliche while trying to appeal to straight men.

Not to mention they're almost always a shitty representation of women bisexuals too. Making out with girls sometimes but only ever loving guys is not the bisexual experience.

well to be fair, there are some male bisexuals on tv.

...buuuut they're usually portrayed as kind of creepy and inappropriate...

and a lot of the female bisexuals don't really get a positive portrayal either...

You should watch Revenge. It's a fabulous show and has a lot of people with a more fluent sexuality from what I've gathered.
