I don't think Katniss or Haymitch are bad people, but I agree somewhat about not being able to hunt another person even to save my life. If someone was attacking me I would fight back, but if I saw another Tribute just standing there or refusing to fight I don't think I could kill them.

At least, that's what I think from my living room. I have no idea what I would do if it actually happened.
